How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your Bluepeak bill in a number of ways: – Online portal – Visit a Bluepeak store or tech hub – Visit a Bluepeak payment center – Mail in payment.

Starting June 1, 2025, the $1.99 fee for online & IVR payments will be removed.  Payments via customer care agents will be $5.99, but agents can assist with AutoPay changes at no charge.

How do I log in to my account?

How do I register for paperless billing?

1. Login or register for Bluepeak account

2. In the left menu, click on “Paperless Option”

3. Check the box next to “I want a paper statement” and submit

Can I change the name on my account or transfer my account to someone else?

Yes, please call 888-975-4258 or visit us at one of our stores.

When does my monthly billing begin, and how is it charged?

Your monthly subscription begins the day after installation. Charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle and automatically renew on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no credits for partially used billing periods.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel during the middle of the cycle?

No. Bluepeak does not prorate bills. If you cancel partway through your billing cycle, you are still responsible for the full period.

When can I cancel my Bluepeak service?

You can cancel your service any time up to the last day of your current billing period. The cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.

How do I cancel my service?

To cancel your service, you can call or text our support team at 888-975-4258 or visit your local Bluepeak store.

I only need service for a few extra days beyond my current bill cycle. Can I pay just for those days?

Service is billed in full cycles. If you want to keep your service beyond your current period, you’ll have to pay for the full amount of your next billing cycle, even if you only need it for a short time.

Does Bluepeak charge early termination fees?

No. There are no early termination fees. However, you must still pay for the full current billing cycle.

How does the billing cycle work?

Bluepeak bills in advance every month. Each billing cycle typically covers one full month of service.

What happens if I move during my billing cycle?

If you move to a location within a Bluepeak service area, your service can continue—subject to any applicable installation charges.

What do I need to do with my equipment when I cancel my service?

You must return all Bluepeak equipment (e.g., modem, router) to avoid charges. Equipment can be returned in person at a Bluepeak store or by mail.

What can I expect on my final bill?

Your final bill will include all charges for the current billing cycle, as well as any outstanding balances or unreturned equipment fees.
