Chief Executive Officer
Rich is passionate about leading Bluepeak into a new era of expansion and continued customer-service excellence. As Bluepeak’s CEO, Rich has plenty of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. He has served in leadership roles at AT&T, Teleport Communications Group, ICG Communications, ITC Deltacom, and, most recently, as the CFO of Wide Open West (WOW!).
Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Cash oversees Bluepeak’s daily operations, taking a personal approach to providing an outstanding experience to Bluepeak’s customers. In this role, his primary focus is to leverage technology and innovative product offerings to ensure that Bluepeak customers receive the best, most reliable solutions to meet their ever-evolving broadband needs. Cash has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in operations and technology roles, most recently as the CTO and COO of Wide Open West (WOW!) and COO of Evolution Digital.
Cash earned a Bachelor of Science from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Chief Development Officer
As Bluepeak’s Chief Development Officer, Mike oversees new market development to bring fiber technology to new communities. He believes that the size of a city should not determine the quality of technology. Mike’s experience spans the full spectrum across operations—including broadband operations, customer care, commercial services, and market development—from his prior experience at ICG Communications, ITC Deltacom, Wide Open West (WOW!), AT&T, and EarthLink.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Chief People Officer
Snow Le is Bluepeak’s Chief People Officer. Snow has 25 years of leadership experience in delivering innovative people solutions, developing and managing teams that operate in an agile way, and helping to build a high-performance culture that promotes diversity and inclusion. Her belief in happy employees making happy customers rings true at Bluepeak. Snow has diverse experience in HR business partnering, HR Services, cultural development, organizational design, talent management, M&A, and process optimization. Most recently, she served as the senior vice president and chief talent officer for Avantor.
Snow has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in business administration from Dallas Baptist University.
Chief Commercial and Customer Experience Officer
As Chief Commercial and Customer Experiences Officer, Jeff oversees sales, marketing, and commercial services and is passionate about delivering a superior customer experience. Bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the broadband industry, Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast’s markets in and around the mid-Atlantic region. Jeff also held senior marketing and operations roles at Insight Communications and Time Warner Cable; in every role, he is most proud of meeting and exceeding changing consumer demand.
Jeff attended the University of Louisville and has an executive education certificate from the Harvard Business School Strategic Sales program.
