Ship your equipment to Bluepeak

*If using this method, please be sure to write down your tracking number
in case Bluepeak needs it for future reference. 


Step 1 – Prepare Items for Shipping

Securely package all equipment in a box and use one of the following links
to generate a USPS print-at-home label and affix it to the package:

Sioux Falls, SD area: Create Label

Rapid City, SD area: Create Label

Casper, WY area: Create Label

Stillwater, OK area: Create Label 

Cheyenne, WY area: Create Label 

Duncan, OK area: Create Label

Grand Forks, ND area: Create Label 

Step 2 – Visit Your Nearest USPS Location 

Visit your nearest USPS location to drop off your prepackaged, labeled equipment,
or present your tracking number and packaged equipment to a USPS retail associate
and they’ll handle the rest!

The following items are eligible for USPS return:  

 Please return all power cords and remote controls with the equipment. 

                  • Bluepeak receivers (including HD and DVR receivers)
                  • eero branded whole-home Wi-Fi equipment
                  • Bluepeak Docsis 3.1 modems and gateways
                  • IPTV set-top boxes
                  • Bluepeak modems
