Refund Policy

Bluepeak is dedicated to providing the best products and services. All purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the limitations in this Refund Policy.

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your service within the first 30 days after you receive it, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. Refund checks may be issued to customers for various circumstances including: disconnection of service, moved, deceased, credit balance, etc. No refunds will be issued for any reason beyond 60 days from the date you receive your products/services.

To request a refund, simply contact us at 888-975-4258. Please include your account information from your invoice and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

All refund requests are subject to approval by the Bluepeak regional manager or customer service manager. All refund requests must then be submitted to Accounts Payable for further approval and issuance of a refund check. No refunds will be provided for services delivered in full such as installation service or for lost, damaged, or altered products. It can take 4-6 weeks to process the refund.
