Affordable Connectivity Program

Vast Broadband is pleased to announce that Congress recently passed the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) as a long-term replacement to the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program. The $14 billion investment in broadband affordability helps ensure low-income households can afford the internet connections they need for work, school, health care and more.

The FCC has begun taking steps to wind down the ACP due to a lack of additional funding from Congress.

Households that are installed and enrolled in ACP can continue receiving monthly discounted broadband service through the end of the ACP, which is currently projected to be April 2024.

Bluepeak is committed to helping you stay connected and providing customers with affordable internet options. If you are currently enrolled in ACP with Bluepeak, we will work with you on any program changes and find the right solution for you once ACP funding is depleted.

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?

ACP is designed to help lower-income households afford internet service.  Eligible customers can receive a discount of $30/month and up to $75/month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.  This credit towards Internet is for the duration of the program. You are responsible for any additional fees and services not covered by the subsidy and subscribers may switch service offerings at any time.

You have the right to file a complaint with the FCC regarding an ACP-supported service or any difficulty enrolling.
