Welcome to Bluepeak!
To use BluepeakTV, you will need to create a Google account. If you currently do not have an account, please follow the steps below to create your account before your technician arrives.
Create Google Account
1. Go to https://play.google.com/store and click the “Sign In” button
2. Click the “Create account” button.
3. Choose the “For myself” or “To manage my business” option.
4. Click the “Next” button.
5. Fill out all fields and click the “Next” button.
- The Google account password does not have to be your email password.
- Write down or save your login credentials.
6. Fill out all fields and click the “next” button.
7. Click the “Send” button to verify your phone number.
8. Insert the code that was sent to the mobile device/phone and click the “Verify” button.
9. Click the “Skip” or “Yes, I’m in” button to continue.
10. Click the “Agree” button to the Privacy and Terms to complete the google play setup.
BluepeakTV Registration and Activation
- Go to https://iptv.mybluepeak.com/ and click the “Register” button.
2. Input your email address, enter the answer to prove you are human and click the “Register” button.
The Registration Complete screen will populate and an email will be sent to your email with confirmation link.
3. Login to your email that was used during registration and click the link to set your password and activate the account.
- You will be directed to the User Portal screen.
4. Create a new password.
- Confirmation message appears.
5. Click the “Log in” button.
- Activate Your Account message appears.
6. Input your last name as it appears on the order.
7. Input your account number.
8. Click the “Register” button to complete the registration and activation process.
9. If you receive the following error, the account number or the email that was registered on the portal was input incorrectly, try again. If the issue persits, please contact us.
