ATTENTION REQUIRED
Rushmore and IW Email User:
YOU WILL LOSE EMAIL FUNCTIONALITY IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ACTION BY DECEMBER 20
We alerted you a few weeks ago regarding your email access through webmail. That URL changed from https://mail.vastbb.net to https://webmail.mybluepeak.com/
If you are using a different client than Webmail, like Outlook, Windows Mail, iOS, Android, or others, you will need to validate that your email server settings in your email client (Outlook, iOS, Android, etc.) are set to mail.rushmore.com if you are a rushmore.com email user or mail.iw.net if you are an iw.net email user. Inaccurate credentials will result in a disruption of your email service after December 20, 2022. If this change is not made by December 20, you will not be able to send/receive email.
Refer to this video for an overview or these detailed instructions and easy to follow screenshots below to update your credentials with samples of Outlook, iOS, and Android email clients:

FAQs
Will I lose my email?
You will not lose your email if it was already sent to you or already downloaded into the mail client.
As soon as you make the server name change in the client, any new email will be downloaded and anything stuck in your Outbox will be sent.
Can I still access my email if I cannot make the recommended changes myself?
You can still access your email and send/receive using webmail at webmail.mybluepeak.com
