What is Refer-a-Friend?
Refer-a-Friend is Bluepeak’s way of rewarding you for sharing Peak Internet with people you know. Get your personal referral link, share it with friends, family, or neighbors, and when someone signs up through your link and gets connected with Bluepeak, you both get $50.
Do I need to be a Bluepeak customer to refer someone?
No. The residential referral program is open, which means you do not need to be a current Bluepeak customer to share Bluepeak and earn referral rewards.
How much money can I earn?
You can earn $50 for each successful referral, and the person you refer gets $50 too once they sign up through your link, get connected, and meet the program requirements. You can earn up to $500 per calendar year by referring friends, family, and neighbors.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. You can share your referral link with as many people as you’d like. For residential referrals, you can earn up to $500 in referral rewards per calendar year.
Where can I see my referral status and rewards?
You can view your referral status and rewards anytime at mybluepeak.com/refer. Enter the email address you used to create your referral link, then select “My Stats” below the sharing icons to see your referral activity and reward status.
What happens if someone signs up without using my link?
To qualify for referral rewards, the new customer must sign up through your personal referral link. If they do not use your link, the referral will not be eligible for a reward.
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are issued after the person you refer signs up through your link, gets connected with Bluepeak, and keeps their account active and in good standing for 90 days. Once approved, you’ll receive an email letting you know your reward is ready to claim.
What do I do if I referred someone before October 1, 2026?
Any referrals created before October 1, 2026, will continue to be managed through Aklamio, our previous referral partner. No new referrals will be accepted through Aklamio after September 30, but eligible referrals created before October 1 will still be honored as long as program requirements are met.

Approved Aklamio rewards are available to claim for 12 months from the approval date. Aklamio will send reminder emails if a reward has not been claimed. Please visit Aklamio’s help here for further details.
