Bartlesville has Greater Access to Fiber Internet as Bluepeak Completes More Construction
Fiber Internet Provider Offers Multi-Gigabit Speeds to Residences and Businesses at Affordable Rates
(BARTLESVILLE, Okla.) May 1, 2023 – Bluepeak has completed more construction to expand its fiber internet network to a new area of Bartlesville this week.
Roughly 100 more homes and businesses in the Park Kiely and Rolling Hills neighborhoods can now access Bluepeak’s fiber internet service. The service area expansion covers homes and businesses between U.S. Route 75 and Lewis Drive south of Nowata Road and north of Fairview Road including Rolling Hills Apartments at 1700 Southeast Barlow Drive.
Those interested in signing up for fiber internet service – with packages including 1 to 5 gigabits-per-second for homes and 10 Gbps and beyond for business – can check service availability at their address on mybluepeak.com.
Bluepeak’s fiber network now reaches more than 1,100 homes and businesses in Bartlesville. The recent construction progress in the area is a key benchmark on the path to Bluepeak’s goal of building fiber to 15,000 homes and businesses with their $15 million investment in Bartlesville, announced in 2022.
Thus far, Bluepeak’s service area in Bartlesville covers some of the southeast part of the city including parts of the Park Kiely, Rolling Hills, Southern Hills Estates, Forest Creek, South Madison and Village neighborhoods (south of U.S. Route 60) and parts of the Legacy Estates, Colonial Estates and Southeast Washington Boulevard neighborhoods west of U.S. Route 75.
The Bartlesville community has welcomed Bluepeak with open arms since the new fiber provider launched service last year. One of the first Bluepeak customers here, Bartlesville-native Brandi Williams, increased her internet speed by twenty times with Bluepeak and has enjoyed better customer service with the new fiber provider.
After wrapping up the latest construction zones in southeast Bartlesville, Bluepeak construction will continue on the northeast side in the neighborhoods of Eastland, Southeast Wilshire, Pennington Hills and Sooner Park West.
