Why are there flags or paint markings near my property?
Before excavation begins, Bluepeak notifies 811, which coordinates the identification and marking of underground utilities. As part of this standard process, temporary flags or paint may be placed to mark underground facilities and help prevent damage during construction. Because utility locating is coordinated through 811, not Bluepeak, individual property owners may not receive separate notification before these markings are placed. These markings are temporary and will fade or be removed after construction is complete.
Will Bluepeak restore areas affected by construction?
Bluepeak works to minimize disruption during construction and installation and to restore areas impacted by our work, weather permitting. If you have questions or concerns about property impacts, including lawns, landscaping, sidewalks, driveways or other areas affected by construction, please complete the form above.
When will restoration be completed?
Restoration timing can vary depending on the type of work completed, weather conditions and other factors. In some cases, restoration may take place after construction activity in the area has been completed.
