Rapid City Veteran Miller Wins Holiday Gift of Free Internet From Bluepeak

Robert Miller is an Air Force veteran who has been in Rapid City since 1965.

(RAPID CITY, S.D) – Dec. 12, 2022 – Robert Miller first came to Rapid City in 1965 when he was stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base. He’s been a resident of the City of Presidents ever since.

Miller served as an airman first class serving in support of the Boeing EC-135 command and control aircraft with the 28^th Bomb Wing Unit. His four years of duty took him as far away as Okinawa, Japan. He credits the military as an “educational experience” that allowed him to “meet many interesting people.”

Miller went on to work full-time for two local companies in Rapid City for more than 41 years and still contributes to the community as “semi-retired.” Recently though, a promotion from his internet service provider, Bluepeak, caught his attention.
