Customer Notification
Effective on December 22, 2025, Clarity Telecom, LLC DBA Bluepeak (“Bluepeak”) will be transferring your service to one of its subsidiaries, Bluepeak BTS Borrower, LLC (“Bluepeak BTS”) or Bluepeak ABS Asset Entity I, LLC (“Bluepeak ABS”).
Your services and the associated pricing and terms and conditions of service will not change because of this transfer. There is no charge associated with this change. We will continue to resolve any issues you may have with your account.
You will continue to be responsible for paying your bills to Bluepeak, as you have done in the past after the transfer. Further, if you have autopay enabled on your account, you do not need to do anything.
Services supported by Lifeline and Telephone Assistance Plan (for Minnesota customers) will not change because of this transfer. After the transfer, Bluepeak BTS or Bluepeak ABS, as applicable, will administer these services to the same extent that Bluepeak does now.
We know that you have a choice in providers. We believe this transfer will only enhance our ability to serve you, and we look forward to providing the same high-quality service that you are familiar with.
