Watertown Veteran Wins Free Internet from Bluepeak

(WATERTOWN, S.D.) July 17, 2023 – Jeff White is a Watertown resident and, more importantly, a veteran of the South Dakota Army National Guard. He served as a truck driver with the 740^th Transportation Company from 1982 through 1986.

This month, White was awarded a month of free internet service from Bluepeak, his internet service provider, as a gesture of recognition for his service to our nation. The internet provider promoted a “Service-for-Your-Service Sweepstakes” for veterans in recognition of Military Appreciation Month during May. The sweepstakes offered a chance to win a month of free internet service to eligible veterans and White was one of four Bluepeak customers selected.
