Bluepeak Internet

Bluepeak Internet and Bluepeak Fiber Internet offers set forth below (collectively, the “Offers”) are only available for U.S. residents, 18+ who are new residential customers in Bluepeak service areas. Some plans may be unavailable in certain areas. Additional equipment or services selected may be subject to taxes or other charges. Installation price applies in certain markets.

Advertised prices in the Offers are only available for qualifying customers who enroll in autopay using a valid payment method. Qualifying customers who use a bank account (ACH) for autopay will receive a$10/month discount on standard rates. Customers who enroll in autopay with a credit card will receive a $5/month discount on standard rates. If recurring autopay is not set up by first bill, the autopay discount will be removed from your residential account. Customer has 60 days to add autopay to residential accounts in order to receive the autopay discount. If autopay is terminated or payment fails at any time, Bluepeak reserves the right to cancel service or adjust pricing to standard rates without notice. 

A $2.70 Bluepeak Network Maintenance Fee will be added to all residential Internet plans to help support ongoing network infrastructure improvements. Current E-Rate customers, wholesale customers, and MDU bulk residential accounts are excluded from the Bluepeak Network Maintenance Fee.

Advertised internet speeds set forth in the Offers are based on a wired connection and are not guaranteed. Offers are not transferable, substitutable, not redeemable for cash or account credit, may not be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and will not be applied retroactively. Customers can receive electronic bill statements. If a customer wishes to receive a paper statement, an additional fee of $3/mo. will be incurred. 

Advertised 2 and 5 Gig Internet products require a direct, wired connection to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and are dependent on the customers’ device capabilities. Equipment must be promptly returned to Bluepeak upon service termination. Failure to promptly return equipment to Bluepeak will result in the customer being billed for the equipment. Customers can opt for Whole Home Wi-Fi for all qualifying devices. Bluepeak will provide a modem at no charge during the customer’s service, and an eero Whole- Home Wi-Fi router at no extra charge for 1 Gig, 2 Gig, and 5 Gig products.

VISA® Prepaid Rewards Card Offer

2-Year Price Lock

2-year price lock (“Price Lock Offer”) is valid for Bluepeak Internet residential customers with internet plans of 1 Gig and above. Qualifying customers can receive the Price Lock Offer for an additional fee of $10/mo. The Price Lock Offer is valid only on the qualifying customers’ monthly Internet rate before applying any autopay discounts, promotions, special offers, or equipment costs. The 2-year price lock period will begin as of the date of the first invoice issued to the qualifying customer with the $10/mo. service fee. Cancel at any time. 

Service Protection Plan

The Service Protection  Plan, also known as ‘SPP,’ is available for residential customers for $3.00/month.
 
The Service Protection Plan covers charges related to service visits by Bluepeak technicians for the diagnosis and repair of in-home wiring used with your Bluepeak Data & Wi-Fi, Video, and Voice services and the diagnosis of issues relating to the connection between Bluepeak owned equipment, wiring, and your Bluepeak services. 
  
The Service Protection must remain on an account for no less than 90 consecutive days but may be canceled at any time following this period. SPP will remain on your account until the next full billing cycle. SPP doesn’t cover repair to customer-owned equipment. However, as a SPP customer, you won’t pay for a service visit if the Bluepeak technician discovers that the trouble is caused by your customer-owned equipment. If the work isn’t covered under SPP, you may make the repair yourself, hire an outside contractor at your cost, or have us perform the work at our standard billing rate if it’s work that we perform. 
  
The Service Protection Plan doesn’t cover rewiring after a residence is destroyed or damaged by fire, natural disaster, vandalism, gross negligence, or willful damage. Except as expressly set forth herein, and as permitted by law, Bluepeak shall not be liable for any damages (including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind) arising from work performed under SPP. Bluepeak makes no warranties, express or implied, under SPP and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPP terms and conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of the Acceptable Use Policy for Residential Services. Other restrictions may apply. 

Refer-a-Friend

Refer-a-Friend program available to Bluepeak residential customers. Each referral will be processed in the order it is received. Calls to person(s) referred generally take 1-3 business days. You will be notified of any successful referral through your monthly bill. A referring account must be active & in good standing to receive referral credit. Bluepeak’s $5 Bill Credit Customer Review Incentive Program is available to all active Bluepeak residential and business customers. To participate, you must opt into our 2025 Incentive Campaign at https://app.thrivelocal.com/bluepeak-173688435839183/checkin and follow the prompts to submit a written review, either publicly via Google Reviews or in a private feedback statement. Reviews submitted by mail or delivered in person will not be considered eligible for this review incentive program. Each customer is eligible for one bill credit per review campaign. Reviews must be honest, genuine, and related to your experience with Bluepeak’s services. Credits will be applied to your account within 30 days of verification and will be reflected in your monthly bill. This credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
