2 & 5 Gbps requires a direct, wired connection to the ONT (Optical Network Terminal) & is dependent on your devices’ capabilities. Equipment must be returned to Bluepeak upon service termination, or you will be billed for the equipment. You can opt for Whole Home Wi-Fi for all your devices. We provide a Modem at no charge during your service, and an eero Whole Home Wi-Fi router at no charge for speeds of 1, 2, and 5 Gig.
5 Gig includes $10/mo. for 12 months streaming credit delivered via digital card to email address on account & to be used for streaming credit only. After 12 months, the credit will cease. Streaming credit will be dispatched within four weeks of activating Bluepeak service.
Customers will be auto enrolled to receive electronic bill statements. If a customer wishes to receive a paper statement, a $3/mo fee will be incurred.

The Service Protection Plan, also known as ‘SPP,’ is available for residential customers. It’s offered as part of a 3-year service and price protection for Bluepeak Internet subscription. The 3-year service and price protection is included with a 5 Gig Internet subscription and can be added to any internet plan above 200 Mbps package for $10/mo. SPP only can be added for $7/mo. SPP is effective the day you order it. Charges for SPP and any other terms or conditions applicable to SPP may change at any time without notice.
SPP covers charges related to service visits by Bluepeak technicians for the diagnosis and repair of in-home wiring used with your Bluepeak Data & Wi-Fi, Video, and Voice services and the diagnosis of issues relating to the connection between Bluepeak owned equipment, wiring, and your Bluepeak services.
SPP must remain on an account for no less than 90 consecutive days but may be canceled at any time following this period. SPP will remain on your account until the next full billing cycle. SPP doesn’t cover repair to customer-owned equipment. However, as a SPP customer, you won’t pay for a service visit if the Bluepeak technician discovers that the trouble is caused by your customer-owned equipment. If the work isn’t covered under SPP, you may make the repair yourself, hire an outside contractor at your cost, or have us perform the work at our standard billing rate if it’s work that we perform.
SPP doesn’t cover rewiring after a residence is destroyed or damaged by fire, natural disaster, vandalism, gross negligence, or willful damage. Except as expressly set forth herein, and as permitted by law, Bluepeak shall not be liable for any damages (including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind) arising from work performed under SPP. Bluepeak makes no warranties, express or implied, under SPP and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPP terms and conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of the Acceptable Use Policy for Residential Services. Other restrictions may apply.
Bluepeak’s $5 Bill Credit Customer Review Incentive Program is available to all active Bluepeak residential and business customers. To participate, you must opt into our 2024 Incentive Campaign at https://www.rize.reviews/bluepeak/optin and follow the prompts to submit a written review, either publicly via Google Reviews or in a private feedback statement. Reviews submitted by mail or delivered in person will not be considered eligible for this review incentive program. Each customer is eligible for one bill credit per review campaign. Reviews must be honest, genuine, and related to your experience with Bluepeak’s services. Credits will be applied to your account within 30 days of verification and will be reflected in your monthly bill. This credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
