How to Reset a User's Voicemail PIN

  1. Go to Account > Cloud PBX or Business Cloud > Users.
  2. Locate and select the user to expand their settings.
  3. In the Voicemail tab under Voicemail Box Details, click [Reset PIN].
  4. The voicemail box PIN will be reset to 1234. The next time the user accesses their voicemail box, they will log in using 1234 and be prompted to set a new PIN.
