How do I download voicemails in Hosted Voice?
- Log in at https://hostedvoice.mybluepeak.com/session
- Click on “Dashboard” in the Voicemail section
- Click on the download icon on the right side of the screen
How do I forward voicemails in Hosted Voice?
- Log in at https://hostedvoice.mybluepeak.com/session
- Click on “Dashboard” in the Voicemail section
- Click on the arrow icon on the right of the screen
- A new window will pop up, enter the email of the person you would like to forward the voicemail to
- Click “Send Voicemail”
How do I download voicemail greetings in Hosted Voice?
- Log in at https://hostedvoice.mybluepeak.com/session
- Click on “Dashboard” in the Voicemail section
- In the “Basic Features” section, click “View All Features”
- Select “Announcement Repository” from the dropdown
- Click “Download” and the greeting will be downloaded to your computer
