Need to exchange or drop off your Bluepeak equipment? Swing by one of our Bluepeak stores or mail it back to us.
If you’re leaving Bluepeak, be sure to get our equipment back to us to avoid unreturned equipment charges. Here’s how.
Drop It Off
Visit any Bluepeak store to drop equipment off in person. Find your nearest Bluepeak location.
Or, If You Prefer, Ship It to Us
Step 1 – Prepare Items for Shipping
Securely package all equipment in a box and use one of the following links to generate a USPS print-at-home label and affix it to the package:

Step 2 – Visit Your Nearest USPS Location
Visit your nearest USPS location to drop off your prepackaged, labeled equipment, or present your Label Broker code and packaged equipment to a USPS retail associate and they’ll handle the rest!
Only the following items are eligible for USPS return:
- Bluepeak receivers (including HD and DVR receivers)
- IPTV set-top boxes
- Bluepeak Docsis 3.1 modems and gateways
- eero branded whole home Wi-Fi equipment
- Bluepeak modems
Please return all power cords and remote controls with the equipment.
