Bluepeak Residential Internet

Bluepeak Internet and Bluepeak Fiber Internet offers set forth below (collectively, the “Offers”) are only available for U.S. residents, 18+ who are new residential customers in Bluepeak service areas. Some plans may be unavailable in certain areas. Additional equipment or services selected may be subject to taxes or other charges. Installation price applies in certain markets. 

Advertised prices in the Offers are only available for qualifying customers who enroll in autopay using a valid payment method. If autopay is terminated or payment fails, Bluepeak reserves the right to cancel service or adjust pricing to standard rates without notice. Qualifying customers who enroll in autopay with a credit card will receive a $5/mo. discount on the standard rates or enroll in autopay with electronic fund transfer (EFT) customers will receive $10/mo discount on the stand rates.

Offers are not transferable, substitutable, not redeemable for cash or account credit, may not be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and will not be applied retroactively. Customers can receive electronic bill statements. If a customer wishes to receive a paper statement, an additional fee of $3/mo. will be incurred.  

Advertised 2 and 5 Gig Internet products require a direct, wired connection to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and are dependent on the customers’ device capabilities. Equipment must be promptly returned to Bluepeak upon service termination. Failure to promptly return equipment to Bluepeak will result in the customer being billed for the equipment. Customers can opt for Whole Home Wi-Fi for all qualifying dervices. Bluepeak will provide a modem at no charge during the customer’s service, and an eero Whole Home Wi-Fi router at no extrage charge for 1 Gig, 2 Gig, and 5 Gig products.

Military Discount Offer (“Military Offer”) is valid for current active-duty military members only. Qualifying customers can receive Fiber Internet at a discounted rate of 1 Gig for $45/mo., 2 Gig for $65/mo., or 5 Gig for $90/mo, along with free installation. Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. Military Offer only available to new residential fiber customers. 3-year price lock (“Price Lock Offer”) is valid for Bluepeak residential customers with Fiber 2 Gig and Fiber 5 Gig price plans. Qualifying customers can receive the Price Lock Offer for an additional fee of $5/mo. The Price Lock Offer is valid only on the qualifying customers’ monthly Internet rate before applying any autopay discounts, promotions, special offers, or equipment costs. The 3-year price lock period will begin as of the date of the first invoice issued to the qualifying customer with the $5/mo. service fee. Cancel at any time. Bluepeak Stream streaming services without local channels (“Stream Offer”) are available for purchase for qualifying Bluepeak residential customers with Bluepeak Fiber Internet in select areas only. For internet plans with advertised speeds of 200 Mbps or higher, qualifying customers can purchase the Stream Offer for $10/mo. Other terms and restrictions apply. Additional eeros devices are available for purchase for Bluepeak residential customers for the following prices: $6/mo. per device for 200 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gig, and 2 Gig price plans; $10/mo. per device for 5 Gig price plans. Refer-a-Friend

Refer-a-Friend program available to Bluepeak residential customers. Customers will be notified of any successful referral through their account on the referral portal. Rewards will be paid out after the referred customer has successfully switched to Bluepeak and their account is active and in good standing for at least 90 days. Service Protection Plan

The Service Protection Plan, also known as ‘SPP,’ is available for residential customers. It’s offered as part of a 3-year service and price protection for Bluepeak Internet subscription. The 3-year service and price protection can be added to any internet plan above 200 Mbps package for $10/mo. SPP only can be added for $7/mo.  SPP is effective the day you order it. Charges for SPP and any other terms or conditions applicable to SPP may change at any time without notice.

SPP covers charges related to service visits by Bluepeak technicians for the diagnosis and repair of in-home wiring used with your Bluepeak Data & Wi-Fi, Video, and Voice services and the diagnosis of issues relating to the connection between Bluepeak owned equipment, wiring, and your Bluepeak services.

SPP must remain on an account for no less than 90 consecutive days but may be canceled at any time following this period. SPP will remain on your account until the next full billing cycle. SPP doesn’t cover repair to customer-owned equipment. However, as a SPP customer, you won’t pay for a service visit if the Bluepeak technician discovers that the trouble is caused by your customer-owned equipment. If the work isn’t covered under SPP, you may make the repair yourself, hire an outside contractor at your cost, or have us perform the work at our standard billing rate if it’s work that we perform.

SPP doesn’t cover rewiring after a residence is destroyed or damaged by fire, natural disaster, vandalism, gross negligence, or willful damage. Except as expressly set forth herein, and as permitted by law, Bluepeak shall not be liable for any damages (including indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind) arising from work performed under SPP. Bluepeak makes no warranties, express or implied, under SPP and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPP terms and conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of the Acceptable Use Policy for Residential Services. Other restrictions may apply.

$5 Bill Credit Customer Review Incentive Program

Bluepeak’s $5 Bill Credit Customer Review Incentive Program is available to all active Bluepeak residential and business customers. To participate, you must opt into our 2024 Incentive Campaign at https://app.thrivelocal.com/bluepeak-173688435839183/checkin and follow the prompts to submit a written review, either publicly via Google Reviews or in a private feedback statement. Reviews submitted by mail or delivered in person will not be considered eligible for this review incentive program. Each customer is eligible for one bill credit per review campaign. Reviews must be honest, genuine, and related to your experience with Bluepeak’s services. Credits will be applied to your account within 30 days of verification and will be reflected in your monthly bill. This credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
